As you may know, I am following the Cambridge Weight Plan on Step 2 and I’m making good progress. I thought I would share my top 7 200 calorie meal ideas with you. This is my recipe for Cod, Poached Egg & Asparagus. You can find all of the other recipes here in my roundup post.
1 medium egg
240g cod fillet
80g asparagus spears
Oven bake the cod for approx 20 mins on 180c in a fan assisted oven (check the packaging to see if there recommendations differ from this)
Meanwhile, poach the egg in boiling water in a saucepan on the stove.
In a seperate pan, cook the asparagus to your liking. Serve immediately.
