As you may know, I am following the Cambridge Weight Plan on Step 2 and I’m making good progress. I thought I would share my top 7 200 calorie meal ideas with you. This is my recipe for Fried Eggs, Mushrooms & Tomatoes. You can find all of the other recipes here in my roundup post.
2 medium eggs
40g chopped mushrooms
40g cherry tomatoes
I don’t think it needs much explaining! Chop up the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, crack the eggs into a frying pan and fry off the chopped cherry tomatoes and chopped mushrooms.
This is a perfect meal idea for a cooked breakfast or brunch and still on-plan.
