200kcal meal series | Step 2 of the Cambridge Weight Plan | Steak With Celeriac Chips & Salad

As you may know, I am following the Cambridge Weight Plan on Step 2 and I’m making good progress. I thought I would share my top 7 200 calorie meal ideas with you. This is my recipe for Steak, Celeriac Chips and Salad. You can find all of the other recipes here in my roundup post.

Ingredients:

135g beef steak medallion

70g celeriac

10g rocket leaves

Balsamic vinegar

Method:

Peel and chop the celeriac into chip sized chunks and par boil on the stove. Drain, and then place in the oven. (180c for a fan assisted oven for roughly 20 minutes)

Meanwhile cook the steak to your liking on the stove.

Serve with a rocket salad and balsamic vinegar to taste.
