200kcal meal series | Step 2 of the Cambridge Weight Plan | Quorn Mince Chilli

As you may know, I am following the Cambridge Weight Plan on Step 2 and I’m making good progress. I thought I would share my top 7 200 calorie meal ideas with you. This is my recipe for Quorn Mince Chilli. You can find all of the other recipes here in my roundup post.


170g Quorn mince

20g chopped spring onions

10g chopped mushrooms

40g tinned chopped tomatoes

3 lettuce leaves

a pinch of mild chilli powder, paprika spice, mixed herbs and cajun spice


In a frying pan, cook off the chopped mushrooms, chopped spring onions and quorn mince.

Add the chopped tomatoes and herbs and spices to the pan and mix together. Once cooked serve immediately, spooning the mixture equally into 3 lettuce leaves.
