As you may know, I am following the Cambridge Weight Plan on Step 2 and I’m making good progress. I thought I would share my top 7 200 calorie meal ideas with you. This is my recipe for Tuna Burgers. You can find all of the other recipes here in my roundup post.
40g chopped spring onions
40g chopped mushrooms
1 medium egg
90g tinned tuna in spring water (drained)
This one is another very simple recipe. Whisk the egg and combine all the ingredients together. Using your hands create 4 small burgers and cook off in a frying pan, turning occasionally. Serve immediately, or allow to cool, and store in a fridge for an ideal on-the-go snack.
